The “Sine” series of kilns are specially designed to result in best quality bent and fused glass taking into consideration rigid body structure, energy saving, easy control and pleasant overall appearance.
The main body (trolley) is made of rigid steel and designed to withstand heavy sheets of all thickness and molds of many shapes and weights. The main cover is made of aluminum sheets mounted on firm grids of steel beams making it operationally light weighted. In addition to the standard size, we have accomplished custom made kilns with special dimensions that fit the client’s interest, multiple trolleys and diverse voltage & frequency.
The insulating material is carefully chosen to fit the highest standards and it’s scientifically placed to keep the desired heat inside the compartment allowing the best results on any bending or fusing operation.
The furnace is operated by a “user friendly” PLC making it easy to program any bending as well as fusing process, with a memory that holds up to 10 programs with 10 diverse segments. In the nine zone system, The kiln is operated by EASY HEAT from Deltamec; a PC software that makes it easy to program any bending/fusing process as well as controlling and observing each of the nine zones individually. The electrical layout is cautiously designed to correspond with maximum safety standards and custom made Kilns are also available.
